Before attempting to assemble your kids’ mattress, please note that the cover and core will arrive in 2 separate boxes. Ensure receipt of both boxes and follow the steps below:
1. Unroll cover (arrives unzipped as top and bottom layers) and set top cover aside
2. Lift side walls of bottom cover into a box shape
3. Fit all 3 core segments inside, making certain that all edges (especially the top edges) align flush against each other (no bumps or spaces in between)
4. Place top cover over assembled bottom cover and core
5. Zip closed, tucking front flap in between core and side walls
