All non-mattress or crib returns must occur within 30 days of purchase and the item must not be used or damaged. This includes sheets, extra covers, swaddles, sleep sacks, monitors, and mattress pads. Cribs must be returned in their original packaging, unassembled.
Mattress and bassinet returns must occur within the 100-night free trial time frame. The 100 Night Trial only is valid for applicable items purchased directly from newtonbaby.com. If you purchased a mattress at an authorized Newton retailer, the store’s return policy would apply.
Our easy self-serve returns portal can be accessed HERE. Through this, you may initiate your return and generate a pre-paid return shipping label for most items. Please be sure that items are returned in their original packaging. Items returned within the above perimeters will be credited in the same form as the original payment.
