Newton takes pride in the integrity and quality of our products. All Newton products are covered under warranty periods to guarantee quality in our manufacturing and production. This warranty applies only to you, the original purchaser or the first owner should it be gifted, and proof of this purchase must be provided. This warranty is non-transferable and covers defects in workmanship and/or materials. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear; soiling and staining caused by grease, inks, cosmetics, bleach, dyes, solvents, corrosives; intentional or accidental damage/abuse (i.e. cutting into the material); misuse/mishandling of the product and any of its components; or to items that do not contain the original manufacturer's law tag. Submitting a claim in our Quality Assurance portal will require proof of purchase, original law tags, manufacturing date information, and requested details and images of the product. In many cases, the item must be sent to Newton Baby for internal review. Any items approved under a warranty claim will qualify for a replacement or replacement part from the same or similar product.
CRIB MATTRESSES: Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the above-listed details on the Wovenaire core, with a 2-year warranty on the mattress cover.
COVERS & PADS: 2-year limited warranty covers the above-listed details.
KIDS MATTRESS: Limited 10-year warranty covers the above-listed details on the Wovenaire core, with a 2-year warranty on the mattress cover.
BASSINET & BEDSIDE SLEEPER: Limited 12-month warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial, and reasonable use for which the Product was designed (used with your baby between birth and six months, or when baby can get on hands and knees, and weighs less than 25 pounds), for twelve (12) months from the date of delivery of the Product.
TRAVEL CRIB & PLAY YARD : Limited 2 Year warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial, and reasonable use for which the Product was designed for two (2) years from the date of delivery of the Product.
OTHER: All partner products have various warranty lengths and will be secured and verified by the partner manufacturer, not Newton Baby. ( This includes, but is not limited to the following brands: Babyletto, dadada, & Figgy.)
